They did a great job on my truck and was able to fit me in right away. I've had other work done there before and I will only take my vehicles to them. Five Star All The Way!

Great service. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable, reliable.

(Translated by Google) Today, on the last day of our Canada trip, we got a screw in our car tire. Luckily, we still managed to make it to Northern Upfitters in Huntsville. We couldn't have been more lucky. Ten stars wouldn't even be enough. There isn't enough space to list everything that was outstanding. Thanks again to the entire friendly and professional team. You made our day. You made our Day.

Excellent interactions with staff - knowledgeable, friendly and readily explained all services required and performed. Will definitely be returning!!

Friendly staff and very accommodating. First time I came here; they were the only place in Huntsville to do a once over on my truck and fill out a simple form for my insurance.

Great staff, superb service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went into the shop looking for some advice on an accessory I had ordered for my truck through a third party, only to find out I had been given the wrong adapter kit. Without hesitation, the gentleman diagnosed the issue, checked his inventory, and was able to get me what I needed and send me on my way. The service was excellent from start to finish. They were extremely friendly, prompt, and professional. Even though I walked in without an appointment, they still took the time to give me their full attention and make sure I was taken care of. Great customer service like this is hard to find these days. I really appreciate the help and will definitely be back!

Went to have tires rims and a lift installed they were quick and very professional highly recommend

Great help navigating on-going sensor issues in our (stupid) Jeep Grand Cherokee. Appreciate their communication and kindness!

Came here in a pinch. Jeremy was very helpful and started working on the car immediately. Got it fixed in 10 minutes and we were in our way. Highly recommend this place.

Everyone up front is very welcoming and helpful. Iny experience this has been the best service and repair business

Very helpful with a problem on my F150 diesel. Thanks much.

Great experience

My go to shop since 2007. Reliable and FAIR. Hard to find an auto/truck repair and service shop any better. Thanks Rob.

They were able to fix everything I asked for and recommended some preventative maintenance going forward.

Excellent team. We've been going there for years and have never been disappointed with their work. Highly recommend.

Not sure how you guys do my alignment but I am now getting a better gas mileage, Thank you again for that and your rates are very reasonable and the staff are friendly and very easy to talk to ...it is very satisfying to see that some repair facility actually care and take pride in their work and it shows at northern uplifters I will be recommending them to others for sure

I moved to Huntsville recently. I chose Northern Uplifters not knowing if it was going to be a good choice or a bad one. My gut picked right. I'm not going anywhere else.

Love the performance upgrades. Perfect for towing

My first experience. Lots of pre appointment notices. Got the car in right away and diagnosed the A/C problem. Ordered the parts and completed the repair all on one day. Comfortable waiting area. Staff were easy to deal with in a professional environment.

Best value around! Super accommodating and helpful and very very friendly, thorough and a pleasure to deal with!

Extremely reasonable and reliable

Jeremy was terrific…

Best auto shop in Huntsville. Honest diagnostics , and the best staff ever. We won’t go anywhere else!

Great honest service! Thank you!

I went in on Thursday to get some new step rails put on my truck and they did an amazing job. I had shopped around and came here from Barrie as other places did not have what I was looking for. Tracy and the rest of the team are super nice and friendly and there for any questions you may have. I highly recommend these guys for repairs or upgrades. Thank you again as I am beyond happy with the work you guys did

"At Randy Blain Construction, we trust Northern Upfitters with our entire fleet because of their exceptional quality, efficiency, and reliability."

Great service and experience

Excellent service from start to finish. Honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, were fair with pricing, and got the work done quickly without cutting corners. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop you can truly trust, but this place definitely earned that. Highly recommend!

I broke down 3 hours from home and was in a tough spot. Even though they were completely booked, they still found a way to fit me in and get my vehicle fixed. That kind of service is hard to find these days very impressed and extremely happy!

Northern upfitters is very professional and I've been going to them for 3 years now and so has my neighbour. They always come through what what they say they are going to do. Upon identifying any repairs they talk through the options, costs and help you decide what will work well. Their customer service, quality of work and responsiveness is top notch!

Had two front wheel bearings, upper and lower ball joints both sides and front u joints done, also a front end alignment . They did all this within the day and truck was ready to go ! Truck feels like new again ...!! and at a very affordable price!! We also got a deal on labor as most of the front end work had been taken apart ,, so i saved a little bit of money from that . Thank you to all the staff as they were very pleasent to talk with as they explain the importance or doing lower ball joints as well as the upper, which is what was worn in the first place, thank again 😀

Northern Upfitters is our go to shop! They are professional, knowledgeable and always do the most research to make sure what the best option is for things my husband wants done i.e putting a lift on his truck. Finding a reliable mechanic can be challenging but you never have to worry about that with them!
